Elektrone – Ground
Power Units

Elektrone ground power units are compact and designed for single-operator use, providing high current for starting helicopters, turbo-prop aircraft, tanks, and other armored fighting vehicles (AFVs). These portable and reliable power sources are suitable for remote locations and harsh environments, equipped with in-built heaters for operation in low-temperature regions. Elektrone power packs come in various current/voltage ratings and are compatible with most rotary-wing and turbo-prop aircraft. The Elektrone series can be customized to a range of current/voltage ratings to suit diverse applications, including aviation, military, transport, mining sites, offshore operations, and dockyards.

Fuel Dispensing Systems

Merlinhawk's Portable Fuel Dispensing System ensures the delivery of clean, dry fuel to helicopters and light aircraft. The system, mounted on a lightweight trolley for easy transport and tarmac operation, includes a DC electric pump, one-micron filter, intake and delivery hoses, a fuel flow meter, and a lightweight anti-drip delivery nozzle. It can operate from any 24-28 V DC supply, including a vehicle's external battery or the helicopter's power supply.

Collapsible Fuel Storage & Dispensing System

Merlinhawk’s Improved Fuel Storage and Dispensing system allows the conversation of helicopters and bulk carriers into Fuel Transport vehicles. a collapsible tank can be installed at a moments notice and use to transport fuel where required. Combined with Merlinhawk’s Terra Tanks, FDS and Elektrone, a Fuel Storage and dispensing farm can be set up effortlessly within a short duration of time.

Data Transfer
Module [DTM]

The Data Transfer Module (DTM) serves as ground support equipment, facilitating the loading and retrieval of aircraft mission plans from the Data Transfer Cartridge (DTC) through the mission planning and debriefing system of the Integrated Command Air Tasking System (ICATS). Constructed from milled aluminum alloy, the portable and compact DTM also plays a role in assessing the health of the DTC using the Cartridge Access Tool (CAT).

FDR Analyzer
Unit [FDAU]

The FDAU is a native system designed to decode double-frequency coded data from the Mi-17 1V helicopter's Playback Unit (UVS-3M). It comes equipped with Planeview client software for analyzing FDR data.

Flight Data
Replay Unit [FDRU]

The Flight Data Replay Unit (FDRU) is a domestic system, comparable to the Russian-made Playback Unit (UVS-3M) for MLP-23-1 type tape transport. It aids in downloading tape data to a PC using the FDAU (FDR Analyzer Unit). The gathered data is then analyzed offline in the Planeview client software.
