Automatic
Work Station
The Automatic Work Station (AWS) is a standalone PC-based ground tester specifically designed for assessing the operability of the power plant in Sukhoi-30MKi aircraft during ground runs. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, the compact AWS comprises a rugged computer and a signal switching unit that interfaces with the engine control unit, external pressure, and vibration sensors. Its primary function is to conduct scheduled checks, facilitate repairs, and detect faults in critical power components.
Fly-By-Wire
System Tester
Merlinhawk's Fly-By-Wire Tester is a ground-based tool designed for testing the Fly-By-Wire system in Sukhoi-30 MKi aircraft. This tester efficiently simulates diverse commands to the FBW system, receiving and displaying the status responses for effective system evaluation.
Air Intake
Panel Tester
The Air Intake Panel is ground equipment dedicated to testing the Air Intake Ramp in Sukhoi-30 MKi aircraft. This tester regulates the ramp's movement, monitors diagnostic data from the 'Air Intake System,' and issues discrete commands to assess system functionality.
LOX Content Meter
The LOX Content Meter (LCM) is a portable handheld device for measuring oxygen levels in containers, using a capacitive sensor to gauge and display liquid oxygen levels. With state-of-the-art technology and microcontroller-based design, it provides an LCD display of oxygen levels in liters, allowing convenient data storage and download for analysis on a laptop/PC, and is adaptable to various aircraft platforms through calibration table adjustments.
ACU Test Equipment
The ACU Test Equipment is a domestically designed semi-automated tester specifically for assessing the functionality of the T-90 Battle Tank's Automatic Control Unit (ACU). This tester simulates ACU input signals, measures the corresponding output signals, and declares the test as PASS/FAIL based on whether the measured signals align with the predefined criteria, providing a clear indication of the ACU's health.
Integrated Test Unit
The Integrated Test Unit (ITU) is an independent PC-based test equipment specifically crafted for assessing the integrity of interface connections among LRUs, such as BHEEM, IN20, ECFM, and SECU, within the LCA Tejas aircraft. The ITU is proficient in measuring resistance, voltage, frequency, and continuity, while also simulating diverse discrete signals necessary for verifying LRU interconnections. These checks are performed on the aircraft before the LRUs are installed.
